Joining a group
Depending on how the group administrator created the group depends on how you can join.
1- Some elect to make their groups public. All you have to do is click the "Join Group" link on the group's home page.
2- If the group is private, you can click the link "request an invitation" located toward the top of your screen on the group's home page.
After you have requested an invitation, you will receive an email with a link.
Click the link and it will take you to the group's home page. Once on the home page of the group, click the Join button located near the top.
If the group creator set the group to private by invitation only, you can only join the group if you've been invited. You can send a message to the group creator to request an invitation.
