New member, PLEASE HELP!!

I am completely new to the club. I paid for a membership, and I am trying to download designs from the library. The price is supposed to be $0.00 for members, but a price keeps showing up. Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. this is very confusing!! Thanks

Comment by jude revell on October 11, 2009 at 10:00am: hi, i'm just wondering if anyone ever got back with you or if you were able to get your designs? i am new here and would like to join as there are some very nice designs on the site. but when i look around there seems to be nothing going on here, i see questions asked but not any responses. Just trying to figure this out before i pay to join.
